    “Boffin is a lovely cottage.”

    It's clean, spacious and warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, there's all you need for a comfortable stay. The owner kindly left a basket with freshly baked bread and treats for us, which we really appreciated. The location is gorgeous, with stunning views and the sheep just outside were really cute and a lovely addition to our experience. We've had a really nice time and we're a bit sad to be back home now, it's been so good.

The traditional village of Oughterard is found in the west of Ireland on the shores of Lough Corrib, at the start of the Connemara Mountain range and close to the famous Western Way.
